學校簡介：
維多利亞藝術學院（簡稱VCA）匯聚了相當多樣的創作領域，包括美術、舞蹈、劇場、影視、當代音樂、音樂劇場、製作、社區文化發展以及本土藝術管理。VCA致力於新藝術品的製作，藉由提供脫胎換骨的學習經驗，鼓勵學生追求藝術上的卓絕、創新與徹底消化的教育內容。VCA提供大學、研究所與短期課程，創造出充滿批判性自信、勇於面對創意危機，以及對技巧和才能發展高度期待的環境。如此結合密集訓練與批判性研究的課程，使本校學生得以展現別出心裁的合作與高度的獨立作業能力。
The Victorian College of the Arts (VCA) brings together an extensive range of creative disciplines including Art, Dance, Theatre, Film and Television, Contemporary Music, Music Theatre, Production, Community Cultural Development and Indigenous Arts Management. The VCA is committed to the production of new artistic work by providing a deep and transforming learning experience in pursuit of artistic excellence, innovation and an absorbing education. The VCA offers undergraduate, graduate and short course programs, creating an atmosphere of critical confidence and creative risk taking, as well as high expectations in development of skill and facility. This fusion of immersive training and critical investigation provides our students with the capacity to present inventive collaborations and high individual achievement.

院校長簡介：
蘇貝克教授是位視覺藝術家，過去二十年間她曾在全國各地舉辦公開性和商業性的展覽，包括無數次的個展、獲選的團體展，以及國家級特展。她的學位來自科廷大學、雪梨大學，並獲有科廷科技大學的藝術創作博士。貝克教授曾負責雪梨大學隸下雪梨藝術學院的高階管理工作，2000年3月她搬離雪梨，出任維多利亞藝術學院院長及該校藝術系系主任。
Profile:
Professor Su Baker, a visual artist, has exhibited nationally over the last 20 years in public and commercial galleries, including numerous solo and selected group exhibitions and national survey shows. She has degrees from Curtin University, University of Sydney and holds a Doctorate of Creative Arts, from Curtin University of Technology. In March 2000 Su moved from Sydney, where she held a senior management role at Sydney College of the Arts, University of Sydney and took up the position as Head of the School of Art, Victorian College of the Arts (VCA), where she is currently serving as Director.
