菲律賓綜合表演藝術協會(IPAG)是伊利甘理工學院底下最具代表性的劇團，為其策劃執行藝文課程。劇團在1978年由Steven P.C. Fernandez和舞蹈研究者Ligaya Fernando-Amilbangsa創辦，目前已經是菲律賓最具代表性的表演藝術團體。劇團的作品(其獨特的形式和主題多取材於本土性、西班牙殖民、伊斯蘭教和當代素材)曾在菲律賓及世界各地超過一百個城市搬演過。
IPAG曾代表菲國至歐洲、亞洲、北美以及太平洋各國，在法國、西班牙、荷蘭、奧地利、比利時、英國、葡萄牙、新加坡、臺灣等國家吸引許多觀眾，曾在南韓世界盃演出，更在摩納哥的蒙特卡羅為亞伯特王子御前演出。IPAG堪稱菲律賓最具影響力的表演藝術團體。其代表作《棉蘭老島的故事》以舞蹈展現棉蘭老的生活型態，是目前菲國搬演次數最多的作品。IPAG同時也以實驗性的前衛作品廣為人知。
IPAG是戲劇藝術、舞台技術、劇本創作和舞蹈的訓練機構，具備系統化的訓練和研究課程，是大學文化藝術的先驅。無數好評、獎項和國內外各界的讚譽，在在證明IPAG是菲律賓劇團中的第一把交椅。
The INTEGRATED PERFORMING ARTS GUILD (IPAG) is the flagship company of the MSU-Iligan Institute of Technology that plans and implements the culture-and-arts programs of the university.Founded in 1978 by Steven P.C. Fernandez and dance researcher Ligaya Fernando-Amilbangsa, the IPAG has stamped its mark as a major Philippine performing arts company. Its repertoire (with signature forms and themes based on indigenous, Hispanic, Islamic, and contemporary sources) has been widely performed in most parts of the Philippines and in over a hundred cities worldwide.
IPAG has represented the country in festivals in Europe, Asia, North America, and the Pacific enthralling large audiences in France, Spain, the Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, United Kingdom, Portugal, Singapore, Taiwan, and South Korea for the 2002 World Cup, including a command performance for Prince Albert in Monte Carlo, Monaco.
The IPAG’s reach is perhaps the most extensive for any Philippine repertory and dance company. Its signature Tales From Mindanao, dance-stories of Mindanao lifestyles, is perhaps the most-performed Philippine production today. IPAG, too, is recognized for its trailblazing productions that experiments innovative engagements for production.
IPAG is a training institute for dramatics, stagecraft, playwriting, and dance. It has institutionalized its training and study programs that pioneer the Culture and Arts initiatives of the university. Countless rave reviews, awards, and acclamations from international and national bodies mark IPAG’s storied reputation as a leading Philippine company.

Steven Prince C. Fernandez 為綜合表演藝術協會的創辦人。致力於創作、出版、文化表演經營以及訓練課程。他身兼教授、劇場導演以及劇作家數職，還是首位獲頒菲律賓大學藝術博士學位的菲律賓人。
他曾贏得菲律賓許多劇本創作及藝術大獎，更是受歡迎的演講者和表演與文化研究的顧問。他的作品曾在菲律賓各地以及全世界超過一百個城市搬演。著有三本關於劇場和人權的書籍，是伊利甘理工學院(MSU-IIT)文化和藝術研究的先驅。
Profile:
Steven Prince C. Fernandez founded the Integrated Performing Arts Guild (IPAG). His extensive pursuits include creative production, publications, the management of cultural programs, and the execution of training programs. Professor, Theatre Director, and Playwright, he is the first Filipino with a Doctor of Fine Arts degree from a Philippine University.
He has won various prestigious Philippine playwriting and arts awards besides being a sought-after lecturer and resource person on Performance and Cultural Studies. His productions have been performed in most parts of thePhilippines and in over 100 cities worldwide.Author of three books used in Theatre and the Humanities, he pioneers the Culture and Arts Studies Program in the MSU-IIT.
